Walnut Workshop, located at 3525 Walnut St (in the heart of the River North Art District in Denver) is a funky cool warehouse converted into studios for creative entrepreneurial work. Walnut Workshop has houses painters, photographers, print makers, ceramic artists, custom bicycle makers, clothing designers, web designers, Studios range in size from 75 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft. Currently we have availability for studio space for traditional arts and crafts. We are not accepting tenants for office space, retail, production workshop, or client facing uses at this time.
